Press Release: As the World celebrates World Rabies Day, Kebbi Gov approves free rabies vaccination for dogs
Kebbi State Government, Monday, announced Free State wide vaccination against rabies.
This was disclosed during the celebration of the World Rabies Day, with the theme “End Rabies: Collaborate, Vaccinate,” at the Presidential Banquet Hall, Birnin Kebbi.
According to the Governor: “Rabies may be something that the science hypotheses to be transited from animals to humans.”
“Yet, the focus should be on how to prevent rabies in animals themselves. This will surely help in combating the menace of the disease.”

Flood: AFGASAN Donates Relief Materials to Flood Victims in Kebbi
In sympathy and solidarity with Kebbi State Government over the recent floods which have affected the state, the Amana Farmers and Grains Suppliers Association of Nigeria (AFGASAN) on Saturday donated relief materials to Kebbi Government.
The national chairman of the association, Alhaji Haruna Ahmad Pambeguwa flanked by other national officials and members of the association presented the items to Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu at Government House, Birnin Kebbi.
